This Privacy Policy applies to the SVO.AI OmniChat mobile application (also referred to as OmniChat, the “App”), which is published on Google Play by Trader2u Sdn. Bhd. and operated by Wellous Sdn. Bhd. (together, “we”, “us”, or “our”). It explains how we collect, use, and disclose information from users of the App and the related HiComm service (the “Service”). By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

Personal Data: your name, email address, telephone number, and any other information you provide when you sign in to or use the Service.
Connected Channel Data: when you connect WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, or LINE channels, we collect information about those channels, including page/account IDs, names, and access tokens, to deliver your conversations.
Customer Interaction Data: data about interactions with your customers through the Service, including message content, attachments (photos, videos, documents, voice messages), timestamps, and interaction frequency.
Usage Data: information about how you use the Service, including log data, device information, and app interaction analytics.
Push Notification Token: a Firebase Cloud Messaging device token used solely to deliver push notifications to your device.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
Deliver your customer conversations and send push notifications for new messages and customer-stage changes;
Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests;
Monitor and analyse usage and trends to improve the Service;

With vendors and service providers who process information on our behalf to operate the Service;

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. Unless required by law or needed to resolve disputes, we typically retain your data for no more than 12 months after account closure. 7. Children’s Privacy

The Service is a business tool intended for use by adults (18 and over) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child, we will promptly delete it.

Our servers may be located outside your country of residence. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to, and storage in, locations outside your country. We ensure such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.
